James Twinn established the property consultancy in 2006. His work began with a simple role: bringing the client and the building team together, and making sure each understood the other. That personal involvement remains at the heart of Horgan Twinn today.
Today, James works alongside experienced site foremen and a long-standing network of tradespeople, with Debbie looking after the administration that keeps each project moving. From navigating a planning decision to coordinating the finishing details, the relationship stays direct and personal.
Our clients often remain with us for years. Once a house is complete, we can continue to organise its care, coordinate trusted trades and guide the next idea—whether that is a garden building, a pool or a new chapter for the property.
