Project enquiries

We store your name, email, optional phone number, project outline, area, stage and timing. Please do not send sensitive information through this form. These details are used to take steps at your request before a potential engagement and to manage our correspondence. They are not added to a marketing list.

Optional website analytics

Optional website analytics are switched off while this site is being presented as a concept. We do not collect new analytics events or use analytics cookies or browser storage. Any analytics preference saved during an earlier visit is ignored while analytics are paused.

You can still send a project enquiry. We store the details you submit so that we can respond, without linking them to an analytics session.

Hosting and security

The site is hosted by Vercel and enquiry data is stored in a Neon database in its London region. These providers process data to operate the service and may process operational data internationally. Access to the enquiry dashboard is password protected. A necessary, secure session cookie keeps an administrator signed in for up to 12 hours. To prevent abuse, we temporarily store a keyed hash of the request’s IP address, rather than the raw address.

Keeping and removing information

Enquiries are kept only as needed to respond, manage a potential or existing client relationship and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use or object to processing where applicable. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Analytics are reviewed and older records removed during maintenance; they are not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
